Her professional background includes work in community mental health providing family preservation therapy and supervised visitation support, as well as experience in day treatment programs for children and adolescents, school-based social work, and intensive outpatient care. Prior to opening her private practice, Alexis spent two years at a group practice where she completed her EMDR training and developed specializations in trauma, neurodivergence, and maternal mental health.
In addition to her clinical training, Alexis brings lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and a mother who has personally navigated postpartum anxiety and depression. Her own journey informs her deep empathy and passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting parents during the vulnerable perinatal period.

With over seven years of experience in hospitals, schools, and community-based organizations, Christy has developed a strong understanding of the needs of diverse populations. She has supported adults struggling with addiction, youth impacted by trauma, and veterans with significant TBI and PTSD.
Christy enjoys working with individuals navigating perinatal and postnatal maternal mental health challenges, as well as those living with chronic pain, recognizing the unique emotional and physical intersections these experiences bring. She is also a proud Latina and U.S. Air Force veteran who completed a tour in Afghanistan—an experience that continues to inform her empathy and dedication to serving others.
Malorie holds a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in Community and Mental Health. Her extensive background spans oncology, neurofeedback, skilled nursing, memory care, trauma recovery, physical rehabilitation, and working in residential treatment centers with military personnel and first responders. Malorie brings valuable experience from her time working in hospice as a social worker, where she supported individuals and families navigating end-of-life care and profound grief. Her compassionate approach helped clients process anticipatory loss, honor meaningful life stories, and find moments of comfort during incredibly difficult times. This deep work with grief and bereavement continues to inform her empathetic, person-centered care today. Before becoming a therapist, Malorie worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant, caring for patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, joint replacements, spinal cord injuries, and developmental disorders across outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing settings. She also served as a direct support professional for youth in state care, deepening her passion for advocacy and holistic well-being.

Amanda Edwards, LSW, began her career in Philadelphia as an intake specialist for a company that awarded pandemic relief funds to families in need of assistance with rent and other essentials. Amanda Edwards, LSW, began her career in Philadelphia as an intake specialist for a company that awarded pandemic relief funds to families in need of assistance with rent and other essentials. In this role, she helped individuals obtain housing modifications, in-home caregiving, and access to other community resources. Amanda earned her Master of Social Work in 2022 and transitioned into the role of Service Coordination Manager through managed care.
In 2023, Amanda moved to Colorado and became a Behavior Dog-Assisted Health Therapist, providing services to clients in the waiver program. During this time, she specialized in mindfulness walks in nature with her clients. Her therapy pup in training often accompanied her, and these spiritually focused, animal-assisted sessions were instrumental in helping clients process past trauma.
