Alexis Olson, LCSW, SSP, is a trauma-informed therapist with more than nine years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of clinical settings. She is trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with advanced specialization in trauma recovery, neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and complex emotional dysregulation.

Alexis is also a licensed school social worker with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents in educational environments. She has served as a consultant for families navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), helping parents advocate with confidence and clarity as they work to ensure their children receive the support they deserve.

Her professional background includes work in community mental health providing family preservation therapy, supervised visitation services, and care within day treatment programs for children and adolescents. She has also worked in school-based settings and intensive outpatient care. Before opening her private practice, Alexis spent two years at a group practice where she completed advanced EMDR training and deepened her focus on trauma, neurodivergence, and maternal mental health.

Alexis brings lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and a mother who has personally navigated postpartum anxiety and depression. This personal insight informs her empathy, clinical intuition, and her passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, overwhelmed parents, and those moving through the vulnerable perinatal and postpartum period.

In private practice, Alexis provides both therapy and clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians. She is dedicated to helping clients build emotional regulation, self-understanding, secure identity, and long-term resilience. Her therapeutic style is warm, direct, validating, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Her specialties include trauma therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, DBT skills, neurodivergent-affirming therapy, BPD and emotional dysregulation, perinatal/postpartum mental health, maternal anxiety and depression, and support for autistic and ADHD adults.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys baking bread, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.

Christy Burnett, CSWC is a compassionate and empathetic Clinical Social Work Candidate with a master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University–Pueblo. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work at Walden University. With more than seven years of experience across hospitals, schools, and community-based organizations, Christy brings a grounded and inclusive perspective to her clinical work.

Christy’s primary passion is supporting adult women as they navigate the challenges of motherhood, postpartum mental health, identity changes, ADHD, chronic stress, and healing from toxic or narcissistically abusive relationships. She also enjoys working with adults living with borderline personality disorder, offering structure, compassion, and skills-based treatment that help clients regulate emotions and build healthier relational patterns. Christy additionally provides affirming care to queer clients, creating a therapeutic space grounded in safety, acceptance, and respect.

She is trained in EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and chronic pain interventions. Her approach blends practical skills with deep emotional insight, helping clients develop resilience, regain clarity, and reconnect with their sense of self.

While her current focus is adult women’s mental health, Christy’s background is broad. She has supported adults struggling with addiction, youth impacted by trauma, and veterans with TBI and PTSD. She has mentored at-risk youth in marginalized communities, worked in child welfare and early childhood mental health, coordinated volunteers through three terms with AmeriCorps, and served as a CASA volunteer for seven years.

Christy is committed to ongoing learning, self-care, and expanding educational opportunities in social work. Above all, she strives to offer thoughtful, supportive care that honors each person’s lived experience and helps them build a life that feels grounded, empowered, and authentic.

Timotea Malorie Deleon, LSW, who goes by “Malorie,” is a licensed social worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their sense of wholeness. Originally from Texas, she brings a rich combination of cultural insight, personal resilience, and professional experience that shapes her compassionate, person-centered care. As a proud Latina and U.S. Air Force veteran who completed a tour in Afghanistan, Malorie carries a deep understanding of trauma, identity, and the strength it takes to rebuild during difficult seasons of life.

Malorie holds a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in Community and Mental Health. Her clinical experience spans oncology, neurofeedback, memory care, skilled nursing, trauma recovery, and residential treatment settings serving military personnel and first responders. Her work in hospice care, providing support during grief, anticipatory loss, and end-of-life transitions, continues to inform her ability to hold space for clients with profound empathy and steadiness.

Before transitioning into mental health therapy, Malorie worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant, supporting patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, joint replacements, and chronic medical conditions across outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing environments. Her background in rehabilitation deepens her appreciation for the connection between the body and mind, and she incorporates somatic therapy approaches to help clients develop nervous-system regulation, grounding, and a restored sense of safety.

Malorie’s therapeutic style integrates ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with chronic pain, trauma and PTSD, military and first responder stress, medical trauma, and challenges related to nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, and depression. Her work is guided by deep respect for client autonomy and the belief that every person holds the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength.

Malorie’s specialties include trauma recovery, chronic pain and chronic illness, grief and bereavement, veterans and military families, medical trauma, anxiety, depression, and somatic healing. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. Above all, Malorie is dedicated to honoring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and walking alongside individuals as they move toward greater peace, presence, and purpose.

Outside of the therapy room, Malorie enjoys snow sports, yoga, paddleboarding, camping with her dog Delta, and exploring new places.

Giselle Azcona, LSW, CSWC is a Latina bilingual and bicultural licensed social worker and licensed school social worker with more than seven years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. She earned her MSW from the University of Denver in 2021 and practices from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens that honors identity, strengths, and lived experience. As a former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Giselle brings extensive expertise in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those with ADHD, autism, sensory needs, and emotional regulation challenges.

Giselle specializes in working with kids and teens, believing that a strong, authentic connection is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic progress. She enjoys video games, anime, manga, and musicals—interests she often incorporates into sessions to help young clients feel understood, grounded, and safe. By meeting children and teens where they are, she creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can explore emotions, practice new skills, and build confidence.

Clinically, Giselle supports youth experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, trauma, OCD, self-harm, and suicidal ideation, as well as school-related stressors and social challenges. Her background in school-based services includes supporting students with IEPs, 504s, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), academic difficulties, and family-school collaboration. She has extensive experience helping children and adolescents strengthen coping skills, improve self-esteem, and build healthier communication patterns at home and school.

Giselle also works with teens and young adults struggling with disordered eating and eating-related anxiety. Through a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach, she supports outpatient clients with mild-to-moderate presentations and collaborates with medical and nutritional providers when needed. She receives ongoing consultation from eating-disorder specialists to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Her therapeutic work integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused practices. In community healthcare, she has supported individuals with co-occurring chronic physical and mental health conditions through risk assessments, education, and behavioral health care coordination. She also has extensive experience in crisis-response work within the nonprofit sector, serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through hotline support, advocacy, housing stabilization, and SANE coordination—work that further deepened her trauma-informed expertise.

Giselle is passionate about serving Hispanic and Latino children, teens, and families, and is dedicated to advancing equity, access, and empowerment through a social-justice lens. She strives to help every young person become their most authentic, resilient, and emotionally grounded self. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending meaningful time with loved ones.

Amy Mogck, MSW, SWC, is a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapist with extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and couples as they navigate identity, relationships, emotional health, and major life transitions. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and holds additional certifications in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and Conscious Parenting. Amy’s clinical work centers on trauma, neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

Amy works extensively with neurodivergent clients who are exhausted by masking and feeling misunderstood in traditional therapy settings. She creates an affirming, unmasked space where clients can express themselves fully without having to translate, explain, or dilute their lived experience. In her couples work, she helps partners untangle miscommunication, rebuild clarity, and strengthen emotional connection—particularly in neurodivergent–neurotypical relationships where communication styles often differ.

Her specialties include trauma recovery; EMDR; IFS-informed therapy; neurodivergent-affirming care for autism and ADHD; anxiety and depression treatment; identity exploration; and couples counseling. Amy also integrates body-based awareness and values-aligned decision-making to help clients move toward more grounded, authentic living.

As a neurodivergent woman, Amy brings lived experience that deepens her empathy, insight, and understanding of the clients she supports. Music and movement play an important role in her life, and she often incorporates clients’ favorite lyrics or creative interests to build rapport, explore emotions, and foster self-expression.

Amy is dedicated to providing a validating, attuned, and collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to better understand themselves, heal past wounds, and show up in the world with more self-trust and confidence.
